Cengild G.I. Medical Centre Celebrates Nurses’ Day 2026 with a Heartfelt Surprise and Luncheon

Kuala Lumpur, 12 May 2026 – In conjunction with Nurses’ Day, Cengild G.I. Medical Centre marked the occasion on 12 May 2026 with a simple and heartfelt celebration to honour its nursing team, recognising their dedication, care, and the quiet strength they bring to patients every day.

The day began with a surprise gesture led by Director of Nursing, Madam Tan Ai Pin. Together with members of the management team, she went around the centre to personally hand out gifts to the nurses at their workstations. The unexpected visits brought genuine smiles, laughter, and touching moments as nurses were surprised in the midst of their busy day and reminded that their efforts are truly appreciated.

It was a small gesture, but one filled with meaning, reflecting the centre’s sincere gratitude for nurses who consistently give their best in caring for patients and supporting families through every step of their healthcare journey.

The celebration continued with a warm and relaxed lunch, where the nursing team and management came together to enjoy a well-deserved break. Madam Tan Ai Pin shared a heartfelt message during the celebration, saying:
