BIG PROTECTION, SMALL TEST

An Exclusive Invitation with Great Eastern brought us together on 16 May 2026 at Cengild G.I. Medical Centre for a meaningful morning dedicated to colorectal cancer awareness and early detection.

Through complimentary iFOB tests, participants took an important first step towards checking for tiny traces of blood in the stool — an early warning sign that should never be ignored.

As an added complimentary screening, participants also received an H. Pylori test to help detect Helicobacter pylori, a type of bacteria that can live in the stomach and may cause gastritis, stomach ulcers, and other digestive issues if left untreated.

The session was further enriched with an insightful health talk and engaging Q&A by our Gastroenterologists & Hepatologists, Dr See Lay May and Dr Sooi Choong Yeong, together with our Medical Officer, Dr Cindy Tan, who shared the importance of recognising early warning signs and prioritising timely screening.

A heartfelt thank you to Great Eastern, our doctors, and everyone who joined us for making the event truly meaningful.

Together, we continue to raise awareness, encourage early detection, and remind one another that health should never be taken for granted.
