Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion includes:
   • one (1) Fecal Occult Blood Test (FOBT) kit
   • one (1) Complimentary doctor’s consultation
2. The FOBT kit is intended for self-testing at home. Patients are responsible for following the instructions provided with the kit when performing the test.
3. After completing the test, patients are required to take a clear photograph of the test result and submit it to the Cengild Wellness Team via WhatsApp at +603 2242 7018.
4. The complimentary doctor consultation will be arranged only after the test result has been submitted and verified by the Wellness Team, regardless of the result.
5. The complimentary consultation is valid for the first visit only and is limited to the discussion of the FOBT result.
6. This promotion applies to self-paying patients only.
7. Any additional consultations, laboratory tests, procedures, medications, or treatments recommended by the doctor will be charged separately at the prevailing rates.
8. Patients acknowledge that home testing results are preliminary screening results only. If necessary, the doctor may recommend further diagnostic tests (such as colonoscopy or additional investigations) for confirmation.
9. Cengild G.I. Medical Centre shall not be responsible for inaccurate results arising from improper sample collection, incorrect use of the test kit, or unclear/invalid photographs submitted.
10. This promotion does not apply to emergency cases or patients requiring immediate medical attention.
11. This promotion cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or packages unless stated otherwise.
12. The promotion is non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
13. Cengild G.I. Medical Centre reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this promotion without prior notice.
