The health screening process will take approximately 4 to 6 hours, depending on the specific tests you are scheduled for.


  • Menstruation: Schedule your appointment 5 to 10 days after your period ends
  • Fasting: Fast for 6 hours prior to your health screening appointment
  • Hydration: Intake of plain water is allowed. Only applicable for blood test lipid profile and fasting glucose and abdominal ultrasound.
  • Hypertension medicine should be continued prior to your visit
  • Caffeine and Alcohol: Avoid excessive caffeine or alcohol before the screening
  • Choose comfortable attire, ideally a 2-piece outfit, to allow for easy access during the tests
  • Refrain from wearing jewelry or accessories that could interfere with the procedures
  • Please bring your original NRIC if you are a local, or your original passport if you are a foreigner
  • If you have any pre-existing conditions, please bring any relevant test results or reports for the doctor to review and assist with your diagnosis
  • If you’re scheduled for a stress test, please bring your sports or jogging shoes
  • You may have a light snack before the stress test, but please avoid fatty foods,
    caffeine, and alcohol
  • If you’re currently undergoing treatment or taking medication for any medical or physical condition, please inform our staff in advance
  • If you’re experiencing chest pain or breathing difficulties, please notify the nurse beforehand
  • A full bladder is required for the ultrasound
  • Please drink several glasses of water and avoid emptying your bladder before the ultrasound. However, only maintain a full bladder when instructed by our staff
  • The Pap smear should be conducted one week after the last day of your menstruation
  • Two days before your appointment, please avoid sexual intercourse, douching, and the use of spermicides, tampons, or vaginal creams unless directed by a doctor. This is to ensure that abnormal cells are not removed or obscured, which could lead to inaccurate results
  • Pap smear results will be available within 7 working days
