HR Assistant

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle daily administrative and HR duties and also assisting HOD in record maintenance and provide clerical support to all employees.

  1. To assist HOD in all areas of Compensation and Benefit.
  2. To assist the process and system of payroll management.
  3. To ensure Annual Leave record and other leave record are up to date and submit attendance report every month to HODs
  4. Ordering and follow up with vendors for staff uniform yearly basis on management approval and all related departments are provided timely.
  5. Assist in any other related project of Compensation & Benefits

Other req :

  • DIPLOMA IN HUMAN RESOURCE & MANAGEMENT
  • DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCE & MANAGEMENT
  • 1 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION IN HEALTH CARE
  • 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION IN HEALTH CARE
