DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle daily administrative and HR duties and also assisting HOD in record maintenance and provide clerical support to all employees.
- To assist HOD in all areas of Compensation and Benefit.
- To assist the process and system of payroll management.
- To ensure Annual Leave record and other leave record are up to date and submit attendance report every month to HODs
- Ordering and follow up with vendors for staff uniform yearly basis on management approval and all related departments are provided timely.
- Assist in any other related project of Compensation & Benefits
Other req :
- DIPLOMA IN HUMAN RESOURCE & MANAGEMENT
- DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCE & MANAGEMENT
- 1 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION IN HEALTH CARE
- 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION IN HEALTH CARE
